東京都渋谷区の公園通りのデザイン提案（デザインコンペ佳作入賞案）。「ポーラスシティ」という、新しい時代の都市像。個人が、円形空間のひとつをレンタルして、個人活動の場として占有利用可能な都市空間となっています。 都市は、そのスケールが大きくなるほど、そこでの変化が自分とは無関係な場所で起きているような、個人が介入することが不可能な雰囲気になっていく感覚があり、個人での活動が活発化していくこれからの時代に、巨大都市であっても、「個人」が介入可能な都市になると、これまでとは異なる都市像が描けるのではと思い提案しました。
Proposal of a new urban concept called “Porous City” for the era ahead. In this city model, individuals can rent one of the circular spaces and utilize it for personal activities, thereby occupying and using urban space as their own. As cities expand in scale, there is a growing sense that the changes occurring there are unrelated to oneself, creating an atmosphere where individual intervention feels impossible. However, in an era where individual activities are becoming more prominent, even in massive cities, I propose that by making cities “accessible” to individuals, a different urban landscape can emerge, distinct from what we have seen before.
